Josh Berger

Josh’s career spans 23 years with over 18 years of that as an entrepreneur, starting, growing, selling and buying multiple companies in technology, outsourcing, consumer packaged goods, real estate, healthcare and professional services. He’s led multiple startups and scaled businesses from startup to middle market. His business values can be best summed up by a quote from Peter Drucker, "Culture eats strategy for breakfast." He is of the firm belief that people are our most precious asset, customer satisfaction is our only business motivation and the quality of work we perform defines the trajectory and velocity of our business.

Curtis has over 25 years in a variety of businesses, with specific expertise in the medical device and industrial application verticals. He has a successful track record in business development, sales and marketing, growing both startups and middle market companies. He has been an active investor in a variety of businesses, from seed to strategic acquisition, and currently serves on multiple boards.

John Olson

John R Olson, Ph.D. has worked with many organizations implementing systems that lead to increased profitability, optimized production flow, improved quality, and effective use of analytics in decision making. Dr. Olson has served as a quality director for 3M and professor at University of St Thomas. He has consulted with many different types of process driven companies including manufacturing, logistics, hospitals and healthcare care systems, insurance and professional services. Dr. Olson has a Ph.D in Operations Management and specializes in analytics development, operations, quality and supply chain management optimization. In addition, has his six sigma master black belt, lean sensei, and theory of constraint certificates
